Hardened skin does nothing?

Tried all...

No matter what my units do the normal damage to the target... Weather its melee or range..

Is this a known issue?

If your "o,o" is the percent then that's your problem.

999999,999999 ( 10,10 ) - The ignored damage MUST BE EXACTLY 999999 ( 10 )

Minimum dmg must be lower than ignored dmg

Yes Xenim666 is right, the setting you have is telling the unit is to ignore 99999 damage but the minimum it can ignore is 99999 meaning he takes 99999 damage, and 0/0 ignores 0 damage so it does nothing, also 10/10 means to ignore 10 damage but the minimum damage he is able to reduce is again 10 meaning he will take at least 10 damage a hit.
