Help with movie triger

Hello I need help:
I like to create a conversation movie in starcraft 2 editor but I don't know how exactly.
I meen something like this (I did it in Warcraft 3):
How I make the units to talk and to see a text?

Use a trigger.

• Transmission - Send transmission to (All players) from (Hyperion (Flying) [24.76, 98.16] with No Flash (Do Not override portrait) playing Talk) playing No Sound Link with name "Hyperion Bridge" and message "Sir, I believe we have reached plan..." using (Cinematic portrait at Top Right) playing Talk (Set To 8.0 seconds, Wait until it finishes)

That's an example. Just find it under the Transmission label. You can fiddle around with it and see the results.
