Hero lvl past lvl 10?

Just a really easy problem...i recently got TFT and i'm wondering how you make hero levels exceed 10.

advanced > gameplay constants

open your map -> advanced (toolbar) -> gameplay constants -> Hero maximum level

I guess they just want the newbies to learn to be more independent instead of asking for every single thing. Besides, Rep doesn't mean much (at least not to those with a crapload of it).

Well ive never seen any unfriendly people with loads of rep

AceHart , Andrewgosu , TheHelper and Tinki3 are probably the nicest people with that much rep.
