Hosting (Yes, another one)

Well I have problems hosting in Warcraft III. Other player can't join my game. I've forwarded port 6112 for my computer and 6113 for my brother's. I've allowed port 6112 and Warcraft Frozen Throne+ Reign of Chaos through my Windows Firewall and I still can't host.

Are you sure you port forwarded for the same router IP Addresses (192.168.1.X)?

Yup, I'm sure. Followed the guide at PortForward.com. My router is SpeedTouch 780WL by the way if it's needed.

If you have a router, there's no need to have windows firewall turned on, period. Are you using internal IP addresses when you forward? Make sure you're forwarding in the port forward section as opposed to the range of port forward, sometimes this can affect things. Can your brother host or not?

I have internal ip, yes. I just can't find the thing you mentioned. I only have a games and applications tab which allows me to set a port range when i go to my router toolbox. I'll look again. And my brother can't host.

I have got that problem to, but i sloved it, i needed to get a static ip adress, you can see a tut on how to get it here:
