How to creat a unit which purge any other units?

Normally, the Purge ability will slow caster's enemies but only remove buff on allies. I want a Purge ability which will also slow allies. I come to the first idea that I used a Neutral hostile Dummy Unit to purge the unit when the ablitity is cast. The problem is that then the ability doesn't work on neutral hostile >.<. Any ideas ??

Then you should use multiple dummies, 1 for your enemies/neutral hostiles (dummies are in your side), 1 for your allies (dummies are neutral hostile)...

Check the targets first at the beginning of the spell trigger, if the targets are your enemies (player/computer) than use the dummies on your side, but if the targets was your allies, than use the neutral hostile dummies...
