How to make a unit-target Silence?

I need a spell that silences a target, but only ONE target. Can't be AoE.

Triggers are fine. Object editor is preferable, but if triggers are necessary, that's fine too.

I've done some looking around and I just have no idea how I'd go about doing this...any ideas?
