How to make Ability Refresher trigger?

I am trying to make a item that when you use it, it will cooldown your ability. And it worked! But, Instead of ability cooldown resetted, this item had also has its cooldown resetted. This is my simple trigger.

• Refresher Orb
  • Events
    • Unit - A unit Uses an item
  • Conditions
    • (Item being manipulated) Equal to (Item carried by (Triggering unit) of type Refresher Scroll)
  • Actions
    • Unit - Reset ability cooldowns for (Triggering unit)

I might try making the unit drop the item, then refresh cooldowns, then have the unit pick the item back up again.

That action resets the ability cooldowns for everything the unit has. But like Ghan said, you can make a trigger that detects when a unit uses the item, then force them to drop it, refresh the cooldowns, and then pick the item up again, which will all happen in an instant.
