How to make rain????

i want to make rain , me so noob ... me want rain , me love rain , but me no know how to do rain , help pls , me suck me dont know how to make rain , me want rain , me no care , me want rain!!

Are you like, TWO!? Grow up. But anyway, go into regions, place one where you want rain, and double click the region. Then, check the box that says Weather Effects, or something like that, and select rain. There are at least 4, so you shouldn't have a problem finding what you want.
