How to remove only building 'Health Bar'?

Do you mean thee process of building (like building the structure)
or the Health bars of the Buildings?

To remove the building phase, you could simply trigger the building asoon as it starts being build that it instantly gets replaced with the complete one. That way its an instant build, and wont have a Building Bar.

For health bars, Selection size = -1.
