how to terrain this high only using high and lower

i dont know how you can terrain this high and that steap in this picture by only using the high and lower

when i try it get high and steap it gets to a point and then i cant go any higher any what do i have to do to get it that high that steap. ill up load a pic to show what im trying to get.

can some 1 tell me how

Are you sure it's not part of the model? If it's not, then I think they probably scaled everything else down so they could make the terrain appear bigger and steeper.

You might have noticed the straight cliff in the picture above. 
You can make straighter cliffs than the World Editor normally allows you when you copy a specific .txt file in a folder called
 UI inside your Warcraft III folder. (The file is attached at the bottom of this post.)

i got the file where do i put it??? i cant find UI
