i really need help

i just bought diablo 2 LOD and i havnt been able to get onto battle.net. i get and error message that says 'if using a modem please contact your internet cable provider' and something else about a the blizzard sight. if ne1 can help me plz email me at [email protected]. plz no spam. and plz if you can i really need your help.

Attempt to connect to any realm again, look for a file named bnetlog.txt in your Diablo II directory and post its contents, please. That file should tell us what the problem is.
