Immo Trigger Isn't Working (+rep!)

        Unit - A unit Starts the effect of an ability
    Conditions
        (Ability being cast) Equal to Blitz (Dummy!)
    Actions
        If (All Conditions are True) then do (Then Actions) else do (Else Actions)
            If - Conditions
                (String((Issued order))) Equal to immolation
            Then - Actions
                Set tempPoint = (Position of (Triggering unit))
                Unit - Create 1 Dummy for (Owner of (Triggering unit)) at tempPoint facing Default building facing degrees
                Unit - Add Blitz  to (Last created unit)
                Unit - Set level of Blitz  for (Last created unit) to (Level of Blitz (Dummy!) for (Triggering unit))
                Unit - Order (Last created unit) to Orc Shaman - Bloodlust (Triggering unit)
                Unit - Add a 3.00 second Generic expiration timer to (Last created unit)
            Else - Actions
                If (All Conditions are True) then do (Then Actions) else do (Else Actions)
                    If - Conditions

This immo trigger isnt working...why not?

(Blitz is based off Bloodlust and the dummy spell is based off immolation).

Set the expiration timer before the skill order, sometimes adding the timer after those messes up the order.

Actually, I've tried not using an experation timer at all but it still won't cast, I think it's something with conditions...

any help?

Issued order is an event response which only respond to 'A unit issued an order...'. In your case, you should change the event to 'A unit issued an order with no target'. And in the condition part, use integer comparison to check ability presence.

Did you accidentally deleted your dummy spell? And try to add Game Text Message to see if the trigger did indeed run as expected.

perhaps it's not trigger related but spell or unit related,
like mana, spell requirements, upgrades stuff like that, the range also
edit, if the unit is in battle, maybe it auto attacks a unit rather than follow your orders

How come their names are different? The 'exclamation mark'. And did you do this:
