Impale Stun

Hi Helpers,

i want to make a custom attack for my hero. its an impale autoattack. everything works fine but i cant get rid of this damn stun. i set impale dur. to 0 and air time to 0.01. (0 will be infinite -.-). every attack now the targeted units will be 0.01 s stoped in its movement. how can i solve this ?

  • impale attack knight
    • Events
      • Unit - A unit Is attacked
    • Conditions
      • (Unit-type of (Attacking unit)) Equal to Knight
    • Actions
      • Unit - Create 1 dummy for (Owner of (Attacking unit)) at (Position of (Attacking unit)) facing Default building facing degrees
      • Unit - Add Carrion Swarm x to (Last created unit)
      • Unit - Order (Last created unit) to Undead Dreadlord - Carrion Swarm ((Position of (Attacking unit)) offset by 256.00 towards (Facing of (Attacking unit)) degrees)
      • Unit - Add a 1.00 second Generic expiration timer to (Last created unit)

just change the unit type to the unit type u want
and modify the carrion swarm damage as you want
set its model to impale (special)
and distance to 125 (i suppose its a melee hero you use)

Did you forget that impale throws the unit up in the air?

I havent tried this before (it probably wont work) but try setting the stun time to -1.00 (Shift + Click)

-1 works as infinite stun. :(

and the air time is the only thing that will cause the 0.01 sec. movement pause for the target. i will test the posted trigger now.

EDIT: Trigger works but there is no real impale animation by changing the C.S. Model. Doesnt matter. +rep for both of you.
