Improve minions on hero level up.

I am making a map and in this map there is a necromancer hero. He has the typical raise dead spell and this spell is causing me some problems at the moment as it is the only spell in the game right now that static. All other spells are at least to some extent scaling with the main attribute of the hero. So what I want to do is to make the skeletons better with each level gained by the necromancer. I am thinking something in the lines of triggering upgrades. And I have no idea how to do this. So what I am going to use is "Unholy Strength", "Unholy Armor" and "Berserker Strength". Create 15 levels for them and... then what? How do I make a trigger that upon level up upgrades these 3 upgrades? I know how to make them affect the skeletons and such but I do not know the name of the trigger action.

Any help is appreciated
