Increasing Values Without JASS

So, I have a question. I know there is some option in JASS that manipulates pre-stated values of units such as health, damage, speed, scale size, cost of unit. But I realy tried understanding JASS, and I realy failed. Is there same option in GUI that allows u to change, lets say, a units damage or the current cost of a unit. If u need examples:
-Im making a map where every killed unit by ur hero recieves a bonus,depending on the type of unit killed (for footmen-damage,archer-attackspeed, etc...)
-There is a purchaseable option - "Assasination" - U pay a hitman to kill a hero for u, but the cost of the option is 2x(hero experiance).
Any ideas how to do that WITHOUT JASS

1. use upgrades e.g. he kills a footy set the damage upgrade +1
2. trigger the gold cost, check if the player has hero level x 2 gold and then remove 2 x heroo level gold otherwise display text like : you dont have enough gold

1. I have to craeate unlimited number of upgrades for stats-imposible
2. I thought of that too, but the price tag on the description will stay the same, I want it to change!

JASS is mysterious, and ancient, and strong.
But it isn't magical.

Unit or other costs or tooltips can not be changed with triggers.
