Issue Casting Spell

Hey, I'm having a little trouble, but let me explain what I'm trying to do first.

Create Unit A
Every X Seconds Unit A moves to a random point in region.
When Unit A stops, cast Ability #1 - #5 (A random spell. 1 being Blizzard, 2 being Flame Strike, etc.)

I did it like this:

Unit - Create Unit A for player Neutral Hostile
Turn on Trigger2

Trigger 2:
Event - Every X Seconds Unit A moves to a random point in region.

I'm confused at this point.

How do I get Unit A to cast an ability when it stops?

when does it stop?
If it stops after a loop, use an If, then else to see if Integer A = (the highest amount) then cast spell.

Otherwise, if you order it to stop. Then cast it after that.

Well, the map size is very small (32x32) so, it may not always stop between being told to move to a random point in playable map. But when it does stop, i want it to cast a random spell from a list of 5 spells.
