Leak

I'm old.
I forgotten about this.
I was unable to search the Leak tutorial, or don't know where has it gone.

Do this leak?

function zz takes nothing returns nothing
    call KillUnit(GetTriggerUnit())
endfunction

Or should I use this?

function zz takes nothing returns nothing
local unit u = GetTriggerUnit()
    call KillUnit(u)
set u = null
endfunction

Or both are same?

I would use first 1 normaly each time.
If you dont create a handle then dont destroy one.



( Preferences though ) - I think they are both the same - Except the second creates and destoys a hande . ( No difference )

EDIT : Oh yeh thanks saw , i thought it was creating a unit lols , then removing it.

first doesnt leak, neither does the second, but the first needs less microoperations (so its better).
