m2 to .mdl or .mdx

How to convert .m2 files to .mdx?
I found a tutorial somewhere which uses a program called mdlvis but when I try to load a model that has animations the "Loading" message appears and stays forever.
It works only when I load models without animations.

Edit:
•.m2 is the file extension for World of Warcraft models.
•.mdx is the file extension for Frozen Throne models.
•.mdl is the file extension for normal models editable in 3D Studio Max and other programs.

I'm afraid we don't support this anymore, but I'm pretty sure you can use google to your cause and find a tutorial.
