Map Attachment Error

For some reason I can't upload maps. My bar at the bottom has a quota of 0 bytes, and when I upload my map I exceed the quota by 276.8 KB. My map is 278 KB, which is VERY small.

I ran into this problem trying to upload a funny pic in the funny pic thread. Said I exceeded the quota by exactly how many kb the pic was. Apparantly also happened to someone else. I asked Ryoko about it and he wasn't sure and I think the helper is looking into it.
