Modeling Question

I modded a transformation spell to have the unit transform into a pheonix modeled unit. Unfortunately, whenever the pheonix isn't doing anything, it assumes a pheonix egg model, which is something I don't want at all.

Any suggestions?

Try making the unit transform into a copy of itself, but with a pheonix model.
