MUI Understanding

I looked at a bunch of tutorials for MUI all over but there hasn't been any basic ones. (Is that even possible?)

I just need to know what's the point of using an Integer[1], and an Integer[2]

Why not just use Integer[1] and increase the number each time it's used for all of the variables? (I don't use triggers that use a Every X seconds of the game event, but instead I use Waits in the action, with loops.)

Ok, basically: If I cast spell A, and spell B being the exact same ability, but from 2 different characters, what's the easiest GUI solution to fixing it from messing up?

The thing is, waits are not MUI. In order to achieve MUI u must store your values in diferent vars as integer 1 2 3 4 ...

Loop + wait = huge failure

Shoot, well cause I have potentially dozens of abilities I wanted to make MUI, but they have so much coding in them it makes my head explode when I think about how to get it all MUI-able lol.

Is it possible to get just waiting itself MUI'd?

Like

Code:
Actions
Wait 5 seconds
More actions

Using GUI.
No.

If only I knew how to make EGUI functions =/
I'd try to make the lives of GUI-mappers easier xD
