Should I add a black border on the buttons in the style of the banner or not?

Looks great, I would go for the one with a border, but its pretty hard to tell what would look best on the website when you only see a few buttons

There are going to be 6 buttons directly under the banner. The theme will be white, blue, and black. The site will be made in flash for my practice.

I prefer my affiliate button 88x31, as most websites require 88x31.

On a design aspect, the images rock. But, I don't like the banner so much. Not enough height, too much width.

Overall, awesome.
