Need a specific hero hall.

Ok, I pretty sure that I don't need a trigger for this - I need a hero hall that is available to all players on one side and not on the other team. Do I start with a specific building and change specific settings on it ? I already have an item shop that is that way but how do a make a hero hall that way ?

Hm, i think you need an "normal" shop with the ability 'Aall' (german: "Gemeinsamer Laden", dunno if the englisch ability name is directly translated).
And the owner of the shop must belong to the team, which shall have acces to it.

But i'm not sure with this ability so i hope its right

you mean like a tavern? You could try giving the tavern to a player that isn't used in the map (instead of neutral passive), and have it allied with the team you want the tavern to work for.
