I'm confused, how is it bad in any way? The commercial is so epic, we finally get to see a little glimpse into the story's cinematics (the best one being when Kerrigan gets infested). It gives me chills...

people from other countries think we have a accent, so it can go both ways. Southern Americans think northern Americans have accents.

It's Mengks, and it fits perfectly with the cinematics. Mengks is the guy who is closing the watch in the commercial.

Admittedly, "gloreyy" and "horroaarr" do sound over the top, but then, as kingbdogz points out, it's Mengsk's voice from off, so it may be adequate artistically.
