at random type usally when i refresh 2-5 times and click on a forum it says u dont have permission to go there.

it gets back to normal usally after a few seconds but at times i have to wait 10-20 minutes wats going on

Our provider moved the site onto a new server and we are having some random problems like that. I am aware of the problem yet lack the time to pursue correcting it. I should have some more time after the 4th so until then just keep refreshing until you get the page.
