no Ethernet Controller driver

In the device manager Ethernet Controller is under the tab "other" and has the yellow question-mark and doesnt work all the sudden. without going deeper into this since im tired; what can cause it to suddenly not work? I had internetz two days ago and now its broken.

Was your driver installed before?

If so, then try right clicking the device, and update.. Let Windows search for your driver and maybe it'll restore your old driver back..

Another method is by uninstalling the device through device manager.. Right Click, then click uninstall.. After that, at the top bar, go look for the button `Scan For Hardware Changes` and click it..
