Ok, well, for my maze, I intend to do a simple change to the nightelf interface. With some recoloring and such, I'm making the leaves blue, the bark pale. However, when I import the image in (I just imported the inventory segment to give you a general idea), this is what I see:
It seems that the black parts of the image won't turn transparent. I converted the edited image to a .blp, of course. Afterwards, I tried alpha-skinning out the black area, but still, it didn't work. Does anyone know how to get rid of the black spots?
