OpenGL troubles

I can't solve this one on my own. Can't find anything on the internet, and I'm not getting confirmation email to ask on NVidia's forums. Might as well ask here, hopefully someone (enouwee) knows how to fix it!

I'm running with these specs:
Video: nVidia GeForce 7900GS (XFX - PCI-E Version) Driver Version - 6.14.11.6921
CPU: AMD Athlon X2 5200+ (2.4ghz Dual Core)
Memory: 2x1g Dual Channel 533mhz
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-M55SLI-S4
OS: Windows XP Pro SP2 32bit

The drivers are most recent and the older drivers had the same exact problem. I have this problem on Neverwinter Nights (Original and expansions, but not NWN2 its direct x) and Tremulous. I don't know of any other OpenGL games that I could test but the symptoms of both were the same.

Everything is blue.

Heres a video of tremulous.

As you can see, this is a severe problem and I've tried all I know. Can't seem to run these games in a window, can't navigate tremulous to the options (And can't read the options if I get there). I can change the resolution and texture size for NWN but even the lowest settings have the same problem.

I don't know what to do. I can't find any solutions on nVidia's website. My friend with the same exact card and drivers does not have this problem.

Did a fresh install of windows on my extra 25gig partition and it works fine (The game). I kind of... messed up my primary partition though.

I uninstalled the display driver through device manager, but now I can't install it again.

The installer crashes when it gets to the nvidia installer. Every other program that uses any type of 3d graphics instantly freezes and uses 0cpu usage.

Uhm. What should I do? Even safe mode does the same thing. And for some reason I can't open system restore (It says restart your computer, which obviously isn't any help).

I'll keep using this partition for now but if anyone has any ideas I'm all ears! I'd rather keep all my installed games working though.

Edit: Solved the issue

It's a long story. One thing after another into catastrophic system failure. Very easy solution, although i was about to reinstall my primary partition.

The solution was: svchost.exe was deleted. This caused just about every service in services.msc to give an error about missing file. Not able to view properties about said service. Etc.

I'm satisfied :)
