Others can't open my map

It seems like other people can't open my map in the WE.
I have had several people now saying that they can't it - but I haven't protected it or are using some special WE.

I'm using a regular NewGen WE, though I'm one version behind...

DO you have any ideas of what could be wrong and how to solve it?

Just a thought, maybe if u update ur WE, then save a new edition of the map, your friends might be open it. If you're not, use the WE that comes with WC3

I can't update it

When I bought my new computer, my WC3 disc was broken since I long time. I was forced to simply copy my game folder from the old computer. It works fine, except for that I cannot update my game as I do not have the registy entries...

If you still have the cdkey, I think you can get WC3 from battle.net site. I don't know.

Also, I hear that your friends require Newgen editor to open your map. I remember a FAQ from a Diablo III-Warcraft III beta site saying that people who wish to open the beta map will need newgen editor.
