Passive cooldown

how do you create a passive skill with a cooldown? The one in the tutorials sections isnt helpful..

any passive skill? just that if the skill is activated, it has a cooldown. e.g. er bash
only allowing bash to activate again 1 second after a bash is succesfully carried out.

You need the Orb of Lightning ability..

Then you modify it, change Purge into a stormbolt..

Then you modify stormbolt to make it look like a bash (no animations)

because they both give chance and bash is passive

Because bash is not an active ability.

Orb of lightning is also classified as an orb effect, so keep that in mind (will not stack with other orb effects).

So far, I can only think of Bash, Critical Strike, Double Strike, Multiple Strike for passive cooldown.

In a way, Bash and Critical Strike are both Orb effects. Just not strong ones.

They're minor ones when they trigger, true, they override other orb effects.

I didn't know critical strike and bash are orb effects.
You can have orb of lightning 100% chance and bash 20%, or
orb 20% and bash 100%. Cooldown 1 second.

Also what do you mean bash and critical strike are not strong ones?
