Hopefully this picture doesn't pain the eye as much as the illness its title implies does.

I find that the entire piece lacks definition.

The upper-left corner of the piece looks very messy.

The positioning of the highlights seem unrealistic to me (as well as the way they are drawn).

Why is the pupil white and the iris black? I mean, I guess it could just be some kind of surrealistic technique, but to me it clashes with the highlights.

Heh. For some reason, I was thinking that pupils were white, but I knew something looked off. Thanks for pointing that out >.<
