Is there no Picked Player? Is there any way to loop through players than looping through with an integer? Do player ID's start on 0 or 1?

pretty sure start at 1; 0 is the neutral; there is picked player heres an example
Player - Modify player (Picked player) Minerals: Set To 1000

Camera - Pan Camera doesn't have Picked player. It only lets you use player ids.

How can you pan a camera to a player? That's not part of the action. I don't really get where that would pan it anyway.
