It's pretty good, not eye-opening but better than average. You should add more elevation, besides that huge cliff there. Some slight ups and downs.
You could make it less of a one-way RPG type terrain. Adding forks in the roads with trees, rocks, doodads etc. They can still end up in the same path, but diverting roads makes it more realistic.
The cemetary seems oddly placed. Well the tombstones at least, shouldn't they be more orderly?
Try getting bunches of things, like a bunch of rocks, with a log, and shrubs and flowers. Those smaller doodads don't always have to be just in ones or twos. That also goes with the above idea of splitting paths and making random, interesting roads. You can use bunches to separate paths and create creep spawn areas and such.
Props for choosing my favorite forest tileset,
Nice job, Could use some fixing, but it's an overall good piece of terrain.
>SharkBait87 Sorry, haven't been working on terrain been doing a spell, and some systems.
>thewrongvine Yeah, I do have some elevation other than the cliffs. (They are on a mountain.) I'll take your advice on forks to make it more open, as this will be a Orpg. And the reason the graves aren't in order is because someone said they are too in order, so I changed it. Thanks for the comment.
I see nothing wrong with it for playable terrain. I wouldn't enter it in a terraining conest, but for a playable terrain it's just fine. Don't feel the need to change anything.
you need a bit more creativity to it and to be a little more classy in the terrain style. think black & white in arts terms dunno whether or not you know anything about art.
I do know this - xenforo dropped the ball by not keeping the vbulletin reputation comments as a feature. The loss of the Reputation comments data when we switched to Xenforo really was the death knell for the site when it came to all the users that left. I know I missed it so much and I got way less interested in the site when that feature was gone and I run the site.
I'm on a page about incorrect corrections, and spent the better part of like two hours trying to get someone to understand that -5^2 = -25, not 25, and then that post had comments get reposted because that group is self sustaining, and that person was in turn trying to explain what I just explained to them. And I'm taking that as a victory
