Possible to Change WC3's Refresh Rate?

Title. With my current LCD, I run at 60Hz (oh I miss my 85Hz CRT). WC3 seems to use 72Hz (or 75) as the default refresh rate, and they don't work too well with my LCD (in the sense I can see signal noise).

So, is it possible somehow to change WC3's refresh rate? The video settings have nothing.

Oh, and this of course applies for TFT as well.

Try changing the refresh rate on the video card.

Right click on desktop > properties > settings tab > advanced > select your video card tab > it should be under here somewhere.
