constant native GetPlayerTechResearched takes player whichPlayer, integer techid, boolean specificonly returns boolean

And I need to know what

means

This is the function that checks if a research is researched right?

Yes, I think it returns whether or not the tech is researched. I'm not sure what it does, but just put true.

I think it means only that tech or ugrade or something like that.
