Question about item gold cost display

When an item is still on its cooldown, the goldcost is displayed next to a gold coin...

But when the item is available and the cooldown is over, this part of the tooltip disappears..

Is there a way to make this part of the tooltip remain up no matter what the situation?

The 2nd picture you showed us does not have a valid patron nearby.
I think that's what's causing the "Gold cost" to not appear.

Neither have a valid patron nearby... I want the gold cost displayed even when there isnt a patron nearby.

You said that.

I was assuming you didn't realize that there was no valid patron and that you wanted the cost to appear after the cooldown (which would happen if there was a patron, as you already know, it appears =/)

I don't think there is
when I want to know the item cost without going near the shop, I write it into the tooltip like this: (let say the Circle of Nobility costs 200 gold)

And when there's a valid patron?

You'll see the price repeated twice xD
You can't be so particular about this, I'm afraid =/

It's something we all will have to live with

Or not... the taverns often auto-acquire the dummy units and make it so you have to manually select your hero before you buy. This is more annoying than not knowing the cost. Any other ideas?

just now i tested it and whenever my hero came to the shop it automaticaly selected him instead of dummy

And when you aren't near teh tavern and buy an item?
The dummy gets the item, right?

Make it such that,
When "Dummy" acquires an item.
It destroys the item and give you back the gold based on how much it costs.

hm, i think its better to remove inventory from dummy and change the Select Hero ability interaction type to Any-Non Building/Any
