Question on Importing Sounds

Hi everyone,

Just asking: does the sound to be imported into the WE have to be in mp3 format? And also, I have a mp3 music that can be played using Windows Media player but when imported in the WE, it says invalid sound file, why is this?

Any help would be appreciated.

As far as i know... it doesn't have to be a specific format, i have used a few mp3s in some maps and work fine. But it depends on the file itself, how it was made, formated, compressed, etc.

I'm pretty sure most formats work.. It's recommended to use either wave sounds (.wav) or mp3 sounds..
