Quests: How to only give to 1 person at a time

Im making a Orpg and I need help with a trigger to make the quest only be givin to the person who asks for it. how do I do this?

Have you tried ending the quest-giving-trigger with "turn off (this trigger)"?

Yes.

You cannot do it if you want it to show up under "quests"

If you want it you will need to make your own system..

Just make an MPI system, however, like swe_suffer said, you cant make it pop up in quests, I believe this question has popped up way too many times.
