Remove "/0" on Food: 0/0

How to remove the "/0" in Food: 0/0. I know it's possible because I already saw a map without it. I think it's somewhere in Game Play Interface but I can't seem to find what to edit, I'm not quite sure though xD. Please answer my question, Helpful links would also be appreciated. Thanks!

I think you do it by setting the max food level to 0.
