Reputation Grammar

Not that anyone besides me cares, but the grammar on the ~75 reputation text-tip is incorrect.

It says "____ is starting to make their name known." It should be "his or her" or, if you just wanted to make it sound less retarded, "his".

If it's a BBCode thing that you can't change (I have no idea what I'm talking about, by-the-way), then I suppose I'll have to live with it.
