Rotate Unit/Change Facing Angle

i saw a video in youtube then he/she put a footman. then he can rotate the footman in the world editor. how do i do that?

In the WE click on the unit then go to Edit > Nudge Selection
If the unit wont click press space the try again

Or double click the unit and type in the angle you want.
You need to be in selection mode to do that.

Its actually not a need. Its on the person's free will, but its good to notify he can do so. And in case you do not know how to +rep, you can do so by clicking on the balance at the top right hand corner of the post. Approving is +rep, Deproving is -rep.

Or simply just select the unit, hold Ctrl and click left click
