Hey i normaly make td's, but i wanna try making a rpg, the only thing im not sure of how im going to make is, so when a hero enter a area/region there will spwan monster to the area, but not just so if it is a large region with a lot of creeps in, it is going give huge lag problems, i want to make it so there will spwan randomly in the outer range of the hero (in the fog), so he cant not see that there just have been spwan a creep

i you haveing problem understanding what im trying to say, then well free to ask for more information

if i got a hero with a view distance of 800

then i want to make so there will spwan creeps, within a range of 850 to 1200 of the hero

What? View distance, is that sight range? Just use regions with triggers.
