Run time error 9?

Why can't i make my .tga image convert to .blp
Whenever i try to save it it gives my my little window for the promt thing for quality then i press okay then the whole program shuts down giving me an error saying: Run time error 9 Somebody wanna tell me what the heck is going on. thanks.

Try to convert it into a tga first,

Sorry the program is called: Wc3 image extractor I got it from your guys tutorials and surfguy I did change it to .tga if you read above i clearly stated i changed it to .tga first.
