Siege mode can't use ability?

I add abilities to Siege Tank: Hurricane Missile pod and build point defense drone ,guardian shield. In Unsiege Mode,siege tank can use all of them but in siege mode,the tank can only use Guardian Shield,other is none....i tried to press point defense drone to make the tank use it,but no,nothing happened and the tank doesn't attack and do nothing:nuts:

the siege mode ability morphs the unit into another unit-type, try adding it to the siege mode unit

Right there. In that picture you have selected Siege tank (Siege mode), there's also a Siege tank(Tank mode) which is the tank when it is unsieged. As you can see, the Siege tank (Siege mode) that you have selected has none of the abilities you mentioned. It only has Stop, Attack and Siege tank - unsiege. Add the abilities there and then to the command card and it should work.
