Simple question about 'poison'

Hi short question:

My poison behavior takes 10 seconds and must NOT stack
But when a unit takes a poison effect while it was already poisoned for 4 seconds, the new poison effect must 'take over the place' of the previous poison

Does anyone understands what I'm saying?

When a unit has a buff and another instance of that buff is applied to a unit, the buff is refreshed and the duration reset. There is actually an Effect: Refresh Effect property which allows you to run an effect when the occurs.

So all you need to do is make sure your buff is not stackable by setting the Stats: Maximum Stack Count property to 1 and the game will do the rest.

hmm I'm not sure about this refreshment because:

I poisoned a unit, and after like 8 seconds I poisoned again but it toke only 2 seconds
Does the behavior refreshes it when set it on default?

worked it out, it's fine now

the poison effect was already refreshing, I just thought it was overlapping but the old poison behavior removed indeed like you said Dave !
