Stars Tears

I would like a star's tears like the one in WoW Arena Allstars.
Which is (for those who have not tried it: An item, when u use it you stand still and regain hp/mana over time, but as soon as you move or is attacked the effect stops.

There is no triggering unit in the second trigger, in the first trigger make a variable and save it as the unit using the item so in the second replace all "Triggering unit" with <variable>

edit: Guess i was wrong, just do the variable part

I guess I need a trigger for it, as there is not any abilities or items that does that?
