I searched through the forums and read a bit about the two auras, but some of it was conflicting and I'd appreciate a clarification.
As I understand it, if you set Percent Bonus to false, they give give a flat increase in life/mana per second, determined by the number in the corresponding field. If you set Percent Bonus to true, then it gives regeneration as a percent of total life/mana?
As I understand it, the bonus value you specify in this case is not actually a percent, but a fraction rather, i.e. setting the bonus to 0.1 gives 10% of total life/mana per second, not 0.1%. This also makes fractions of a percent impossible.
Is this correct?
