(Units owned by (Neutral Hostile) Leak/Problem

Hello there everyone, I'm creating an item drop system where an item drops if the owner of dying unit is equal to (Neutral Hostile).

This isn't an odd usage of a condition but still it doesn't work and I don't know why.

As soon as I add this condition:

(Dying  Unit) Equak to (Random unit from (Units owned by Neutral Hostile)

It stops working, and I have NO idea why, have anyone else experieced something like this before?

Random unit owned by player just picks a random unit owned by that player. If your dying unit doesn't happen to randomly be the random unit that was randomly picked, it will return false.

In other words, if you have 100 footmen, and one of them dies, the trigger randomly picks one of the footmen. If that footman isn't the footman that died, it returns false.
