JavaScript can't browse your history.
The only hack-ish method of checking :visited colouring got fixed.
(And that was more of a CSS hack)

Like Lyrae said: there's little harm nowadays in having JS enabled.

Now, with ActiveX objects it used to be a whole different ball game, but we all have to thank Internet Exploder for that..

Thanks for all the answers I understand 10% of it....

Well I didn't mean that the host-server not allows php, it's the page code that block it. It's stranded on the Microsoft Expression Web 4 that the pages code block php.

so then what you need to do is not use expression blend and instead use something like notepad++
