various Geforce2 MX400 settings

Does anyone know a good site to go to to find out what the various settings mean/do, as well as suggestions of what to set them too, for the Geforce2 MX 400

I am talking about going to properties, settings, advanced, Geforce2 MX/MX400 tab, additional properties;\

looking for details on how to set the:
various direct 3d settings
various openGL settings

when i posted the first link
i got a flashback of good old bill and the early TG days . days where me and him supported eachother heheh
and bill and his g256 site is cool
he might remember playing q2 on our servers lol ..
good old times hehe g256 is a nice site
coulda bin alot bigger tho but o well
